How it works


At YARDLEYS, we know that one size doesn’t fit all. Use our customised search, to find your new home. Register online, or at one of our offices, and be the first to know, when the right place comes on the market for you.

Come along to our office where a colleague will complete the paperwork. They will carry out credit, and right to rent checks. We will be able to provide you with details of, any agent fees payable if applicable, and any deposit due. You will need to bring identity documents.

Guarantors are welcome but reference checks will be carried out, and further ID necessary.

The security deposit and the first rental payment is taken. It is a legal requirement that the tenancy deposit is registered with a Deposit Protection Scheme.

When your application has been approved, a tenancy agreement is then created. This details all of the legal and contractual obligations, that both you and your landlord, must adhere to.

A move in date will be agreed.
