Once your offer has been accepted subject to contract, we will begin to progress your purchase. You will need to appoint a solicitor.

A survey will take place. The surveyor will be instructed by the lender (if mortgage is required) or by yourself. (if no mortgage).

Your solicitor will continue to progress the sale. YARDLEYS  will be in constant communication with you, all the way to exchange of contracts and completion

Congratulations! Completion of the sale takes place. Keys will then be released upon confirmation from solicitor’s.
